Why Choose Self-Pay or Private Pay Therapy?
When you invest in self-pay or private pay therapy, you're choosing a therapeutic experience designed entirely around your needs and goals. Unlike insurance-based therapy, self-pay allows us to work together without the constraints of diagnostic labels or treatment limitations imposed by third parties. Your sessions remain completely confidential, ensuring that no insurance companies have access to your personal information or treatment details.
We can schedule appointments at times that work best for your life, extend sessions when beneficial, and craft a truly personalized approach to your healing journey. This investment in yourself means receiving compassionate therapy that's flexible, private, and focused solely on what will help you thrive, without external pressures or restrictions dictating your care.
Designed specifically for high-earning LGBTQIA+ professionals, this service offers concierge therapy with a gay therapist who has over 25 years of experience in empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.
Individual therapy sessions are $225 per 50-55 minute session. Your initial 60 minute intake assessment is also $225, allowing us to thoroughly review your goals and create a personalized treatment plan.
Flexible Options
- Extended sessions are available for clients who want to deepen their work or accelerate progress.
- Sliding scale fees are offered based on financial need. Please don't let cost be the barrier to getting the mental health support you deserve.
- Enjoy a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we're a good fit before you commit.
Payment & Policies
I accept credit cards, Zelle and Venmo for payment and can provide "superbills" to assist with potential reimbursement from your insurance company.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full $225 session fee.

Initial Consultation: I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute, no pressure consultation, often available within the next business day. This gives us both a chance to discuss your therapy goals, explore whether my approach aligns with what you're seeking, review practical considerations like scheduling and costs, and answer any questions you might have. This brief conversation can help you make an informed decision about moving forward.
